Return Policy

At Nanohandheld, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we've designed our return policy to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Nanohandheld products purchased directly from our official website, authorized retailers, or our physical stores. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
  • Returned within the 30-day period from delivery date

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our Customer Support team at returns@nanohandheld.com or call 62 21 5555-1235 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package Your Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Include Documentation: Place the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase inside.

  4. Shipping: Ship your return to:

Refund Processing

  • Standard Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement after processing.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another model or variant, please indicate this when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Warranty Returns

Products that fail due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Please refer to our separate Warranty Policy for detailed information on warranty coverage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at our expense.

International Returns

For international customers, the same 30-day return policy applies, but please note:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer
  • International refunds may take up to 14 business days to process

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-configured or personalized products
  • Software licenses and digital downloads
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products with removed serial numbers or warranty seals
